On The Road (Yol Arasında)

The film I wrote and directed, Yol Arasında (On the Road), which premiered in 2024, is actually the first film in a trilogy, but it tells a story that takes place at the end of the narrative. The second film in the series, Yol Arasında: Karanlık ve Aydınlığın Doğuşu (On the Road: The Birth of Darkness and Light), is structured around a narrative rooted in origins and the past, answering all the questions and metaphors left unresolved in the first film. Thus, although Yol Arasında is the first step in the trilogy, it actually represents the final chapter.

The premiere screening of the film Yol Arasında (On the Road) was held on January 22, 2024, at the Doğan Taşdelen Contemporary Arts Center in Ankara, followed by a discussion with the director and cast.
